Reverend Wayne Earl is an ordained UCC minister living with his wife and youngest child in Quincy, Massachusetts. Originally from southern California, he has lived in three states and four countries where he has served variously as a chaplain, pastor, inspirational speaker, published author, college professor, court mediator, and missionary. Along with undergraduate and graduate degrees in theology, he has a doctorate in ministry from Wesley Seminary in Washington, D.C. Most importantly, he and his wife are the proud parents of five children (one deceased) and three grandchildren! Rev. Earl enjoys reading (mostly) nonfiction, exercising, and traveling to explore new places. Plymouth Congregational Church is his eleventh interim ministry.

Hugh Hinton began serving Plymouth Congregational Church as music director and organist in 2016. He enjoys a varied musical life as a pianist, organist, choral director, educator, and church musician. He serves as Director of Campus Music Activities at Merrimack College in North Andover, and teaches piano at the Longy School of Music of Bard College in Cambridge. A native of Louisiana, he received a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College, and a master’s degree and doctorate in music from New England Conservatory. He holds the Colleague certification in organ from the American Guild of Organists. He is married to Rev. Heather Hinton, ordained in the UCC. They live in Winchester, MA with their son Isaac. He enjoys walking in the Middlesex Fells or anywhere outdoors. He invites all people to take part fully in the musical life of the congregation.

Janet Allen has a BA in Psychology from Agnes Scot College, Decatur, GA, and an MST in Mathematics from Boston College. Janet was born in South Texas and spent her early years there before moving with her mother and sister to Coastal Georgia. She enjoys reading, playing computer games, and singing soprano.
